Fragments
Fragments is not just an exhibition – it’s a mirror to the quiet corners of our society, where child marriage still exists in the highlands of Vietnam.
Through the eyes and brushes of young artists, these paintings reveal more than sorrow. They capture resilience, innocence, and the fragile beauty of lives interrupted too soon.
The name Fragments comes from the very experience of those who live through early marriage. When childhood is cut short, what remains are pieces – memories, longings, and silent scars scattered across time.
This exhibition gathers those pieces – of loss, hope, and hidden strength – to tell their stories in a new language: the language of color and form.
The stories told in Fragments continue in Years in Bloom – a larger project that explores child marriage through research, storytelling, and youth-led initiatives.
Together, they remind us that awareness is only the beginning – change comes from understanding.
